What to do if I’ve typed the email address wrong when placing an order?
If you’ve made a typo in the email address, simply email us to have your tickets to the correct email.

How do I know if my order was placed successfully?
If your order was placed successfully, you will receive an order confirmation email from us and can view the purchased order(s) by logging in to your account.

If you cannot receive your confirmation email, please be sure to check the Spams / Junk folder of your registered email. If you still cannot find the order confirmation email, email us.

How to find my tickets?
Simply check your email for an order confirmation from us, or view the ticket(s) under “My Orders” in your Go Live account. 

Can I request a refund or cancel an order?
Unfortunately, no order refund or cancellation is allowed once the order is successfully placed.

Managing Your Order

How can I update my ticket/order information?
Go to “My Orders” in your Go Live account to update order information, e.g., your name and email address. If you’ve used the account name for all tickets, you can make changes to your account name under “My Account”.

Kindly note that the number and the price class of tickets ordered, billing address, and any payment type used cannot be modified.

Can I transfer my ticket order(s)?
No ticket sharing or transferal is allowed.

Questions about an event

If I have enquiries about an event, what should I do?
If you have event-specific questions, contact the event organizer directly. You can find their email address on the event page.

Registering or buying tickets

Do I need to register as a member before using the Go Live service? 
No, you may enjoy our service as a guest. However, you can enjoy much more benefits if you become a Go Live member.

Where can I find all the events?
All the event listings are available on our Home Page.

What payment methods do you accept?
We only accept Stripe (Visa & Mastercard) for now.

How to reset my Go Live account password?
Simply change the password under “My Account” in your Go Live account, or visit “Forget Password” to reset your password.

How to updates my account information?
You can manage all your account information under “My Account” by logging in to your Go Live account.

Can I deactivate my Go Live account?
We are sorry to see you go. However, you can close your account by email us.

Event listing

How to use Go Live Business service? 
We offer paid plans with distinct sets of features. You can simply subscribe to a paid subscription plan to enjoy our Go Live Business services.

How to create an event?
You can set up an event in just a few steps. First, sign in to your Go Live Business account and click on "Create Event". Second, fill in the event details, such as event date, time, & location details, and upload relevant media. Finally, set up your ticket sales preferences before publishing your event.

How to cancel/unpublish an event?
You can go to “My Events“ in your account, and simply select the event and choose “Delete” or “Change Status”.

Payouts

How do I set up the payout Method?
Sign in to your Go Live Business account and go to “Organizer Account Information” to submit your payout method details.

How can I get Payout from Go Live?
Please be sure that you’ve filled in the payout method details under the “Organizer Account Information”. 

You can apply for the event payout under “Settlement Management” through your Business account 7 days after the event has ended (“Payout Available Date”). The status of your payout will become “Submitted” upon your application. The payout process may take up to 4-7 days. In the meantime, you can track the payout status and updates via your account. No event payout will be available if the date of payout application is beyond 365 days of the Payout Available Date.

How do I track the status of the payout?
All payout details and updates are available under “Settlement Management” in your Go Live Business account.

Why haven’t I received my payout?
Please be sure that you’ve submitted the payout application via your Go Live Business account 7 days after the event has ended (“Payout Available Date”), and the status of the payout is “Submitted” upon your application. The payout process may take up to 4-7 days. No event payout will be available if the date of payout application is beyond 365 days of the Payout Available Date.

Please email us if the status of the payout isn’t updated accordingly or you could not receive the payout within the timeframe.

What Go Live Business subscription plans are available?
We offer pricing plans according to the features you need. Please visit our Business page or email us for more details.

Can I change my subscription plan?
You can only change your subscription plan when your current subscription plan has expired for now.

Can I cancel my subscription plan?
You can cancel the Go Live Business subscription plan at any time. However, no refund is available.

Ticket Sales

How to create and edit ticket types?
You can manage the ticket sales settings, including the price class of multiple sessions, under the Event page.

Can I hold free events?
Of course! You can manage your event ticket sales settings.
